Cette mission fournira une feuille de route structurée pour la maintenance préventive et corrective, définira les rôles et responsabilités à tous les niveaux du système et proposera des mécanismes de financement et de suivi durables. Cette stratégie sera essentielle pour garantir la fiabilité de la chaîne du froid, prolonger la durée de vie des équipements et, en fin, préserver l'efficacité des vaccins pour tous les enfants du Burkina Faso.
Le but de cette consultation est de contribuer à la dissémination des résultats obtenus, des bonnes pratiques et des leçons apprises dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre d’initiatives telles que l’approche du marketing social en faveur du Grand Rattrapage, le rappel par SMS des rendez-vous de vaccination, et la solarisation des formations sanitaires dépourvues d’électricité. Il s'agira, au consultant, de fournir un appui technique à la section Survie et Croissance de l’Enfant de l’UNICEF au Togo pour la collecte, la revue et l’analyse de la documentation relative aux principales initiatives mises en œuvre en vue de renforcer le Programme Élargi de Vaccination (PEV) de routine.
