UNICEF Mongolia CO is looking for a Private Sector Fundraising Officer (Engagement) who will support the team to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with private sector entities to advance the organization’s mission and objectives.
The Legal Affairs Specialist will give recommendations and advice on a wide range of organizational activities and interests, and concern, among other things, the interaction of UNICEF with governments and other key partners as well as on strategic initiatives across UNICEF. This support helps UNICEF to take advantage of opportunities as well as safeguard the organization from risk. The Legal Office aims to identify and mitigate exposure to potential liability and financial loss, to safeguard the ability of the organization to be accountable to its stakeholders, and to preserve credibility as well as funding from member states and other donors, both public and private.

Under the guidance and supervision of the Regional Emergency Specialist (P4), establishes and implements emergency preparedness and response activities across the 24 Country Offices in West and Central Africa Region including through regular travel (50-75% outside of Dakar) and deployments to Country and Field Offices. Responsible for the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the emergency interventions to ensure the survival and well-being of children and mothers, and the affected communities in an emergency situation.
