The primary objective of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive Social Behavior Change strategy for immunization efforts, ensuring gender considerations are integrated into every phase from planning to implementation and monitoring, with a core focus on Human-Centered Design (HCD). The strategy will prioritize the needs of the community, especially women, girls, and marginalized groups, ensuring that solutions are tailored to their specific challenges and aspirations.
As a part of the GenU Programmes Team, under the overall guidance of the Deputy Director Programmes, under the direct supervision of the Senior Advisor, Global Programmes, in collaboration with the Global P2E Coordinator, P2E Content Specialist, UNICEF and GenU partners, the Digital Strategy & ICT Consultant will support GenU’s broader digital initiatives, ensuring cross-programme ICT support by:
• Developing and implementing a digital strategy that enables a portfolio approach to digital scaling across GenU programmes.
• Providing ICT technical expertise across P2E, GVI, imaGen Ventures, and other initiatives requiring digital infrastructure support.
• Overseeing platform integrations and technical alignment between Learning Passport, ICTD, and other digital solutions.
• Enhancing back-end system management, data security, and cost optimization to ensure sustainability and compliance.
This role is critical for ensuring that all GenU digital programs are technically sound, scalable, and cost-efficient.
The purpose of this assignment is to provide expert support to UNICEF country offices in BiH and Montenegro to assess the PPP landscape and the potential for mobilizing innovative financing solutions for expanding access to quality ECEC services, part of a broader initiative to leverage resources and results in ECEC in the Western Balkans. Further, the assignment will entail designing tailored public-private engagement pathways to inform and shape forthcoming UNICEF interventions in these countries.
The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a national consultant for formulation of national guideline on safe school zone.
