ECARO is looking for an Evaluation Consultant to finalize and quality assured evaluation products managed by the ECARO Evaluation team. Consultant is expected to organize, prepare the materials for and participate in a high-level meeting following RO-managed evaluations.
The Officer provides support to the supervisor and colleagues in the unit by executing HR services through applying knowledge of theoretical HR models, as well as understanding of organizational HR policies and procedures, specifically this role will support the five field offices with all related key HR interventions. It may imply travel in the fields.
Under the general guidance of the Chief, SBC Section and in close coordination with Sectoral and Cross-Sectoral Specialists, the Social & Behavior Change Officer contributes to/responsible for the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based, inclusive and innovative SBC strategies in support of the country programme.
