The Advocacy Section within the Division of Global Communication and Advocacy (DGCA) is in need of an Advocacy Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing a global advocacy strategy for the Human papillomavirus (HPV) and for girls’ health. The role will work closely with programme teams in HQ and will support priority country and regional offices to ensure their advocacy strategies are positively influencing policies on HPV & girls health. The position will also develop a capacity building strategy to advance the advocacy skills of relevant colleagues in these countries.
The Meteti field office under Unicef Panama Country Office is looking for a WASH Officer to provide professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the WASH programming process, through the application of theoretical and practical technical skills in researching, collecting, analyzing and presenting programme information while learning organizational rules, regulations and procedures to support the development, implementation and monitoring of the WASH output results of the Country Programme.
UNICEF Pacific is in search of a consultant to develop a Pacific Regional Home and School Transitions Framework that will support countries to enhance family-learner-school partnerships and engage all stakeholders in supporting learning at all levels. The consultant will be supervised by the Chief of Education of the UNICEF Pacific Multi-country Office and will receive guidance from different technical and Pacific country specialists, as well as a regional reference group. The bulk of the consultancy is expected to be remote/home-based. Travel to Fiji, the Solomon Islands, and Samoa is indicated for face-to-face consultation in different contexts, and to Fiji for the PHES presentation and regional workshop.
