The Programme Officer (Procurement Services) provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for the health and other programmes within the Country Programme, from development planning to delivery of results, by preparing, executing, managing, and implementing a variety of technical and administrative programme tasks to facilitate programme development, implementation, programme progress monitoring, and evaluating and reporting of results. This will be completed with a lens of systems strengthening within the context of seeking to leverage the government’s domestic resources.
To provide professional technical support to develop pre-pregnancy, maternal, newborn and under 5 child health and nutrition and FP quality Road Map and the national operational plan for 2025 – 2035.
The Office of Internal Audit and Investigations (OIAI) reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for internal audit and investigation services to UNICEF. We aim to understand the underlying causal mechanisms that drive increasing poverty in female headed and single mother households, with the concurrent adoption of mitigation strategies to reduce child-specific deprivations.
