UNICEF Honduras is looking for an Administrative Assistant to executing a broad variety of routine tasks and some specialized for the respective section, requiring thorough knowledge of UNICEF administrative procedures, processes and policies.
UNICEF Pacific is in search of a dedicated and proactive international Consultant. The consultant will work with everyday guidance from MEHRD and supervised by the UNICEF Pacific Education Specialist. All deliverables will be submitted in draft form and reviewed by UNICEF with the expectation that feedback will be integrated in the final version of each deliverable submitted for payment. Close collaboration is expected with all MEHRD staff and the other technical advisors who may be involved in implementing the programme of work.
UNICEF Pacific is in search of a dedicated and proactive international consultant. Part of the deliverables can be done remotely but will require one trip to each of the proposed countries: Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and Kiribati with approximately one week each to conduct videography services. The consultant will arrange their own accommodation, airfares, and other means of transport and visa (where required), which should be covered in the financial proposal, together with their daily rate. For the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), the vendor will receive video footage from the FSM field office to be edited remotely. The consultant would report directly to the Chief of WASH Programme with technical oversight from the Chief of Communication.
Under the guidance and leadership of Deputy Representative Operations (DRO), Administrative and Finance Specialist is accountable for managing and leading the finance and admin team and also guiding operations staff in the field office in delivery of quality results in the areas of finance, administration, accounting, common and local service delivery along with Country Programme, Operation’s work plan, rolling management plan and vision of change and innovation set by the DRO and the Representative.
