UNICEF Geneva EMOPS is seeking a qualified Global WASH Cluster (GWC) Instructional Designer Consultant to develop a hybrid training package tailored
specifically for WASH Cluster Coordinators and Information Management Officers.
UNICEF Greece Country Office, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, is implementing two major health programmes aimed at addressing the rising challenges of child obesity and mental health. Communication plays a pivotal role in the success of these initiatives by raising public awareness, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring accurate information reaches affected communities. The Communication Officer will play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies that align with the programme goals.
The main purpose of the assignment is to develop an implementation road map of the revised criteria and review and refine Consolidated Cash Transfers Programme (CCTP) operations manual that details the operational procedures and guidelines with the aim of improved operational efficiency and effectiveness. The implementation of the OM is for each of the directorates involved in the implementation of the cash transfer programmes within the State Department for Social Protection
The consultant(s) will work under broad guidance and direction of the Deputy Regional Director Programme and Partnership and the Deputy Regional Director for Operations, in consultation with the RO Staff Association (SA); HR and the Regional Director as needed. For day-to-day guidance, the consultant (s) will work with the Regional Chief of Programme and Planning, the planning team and the Operations Specialist.
