The incumbent provides regular feedback on the status of projects through monitoring milestones and advises on improvements to keep activities on track.
The formative evaluation consultant will evaluate the educator training and resource package development components of the Greening Capacities Pillar within the Green Education Partnership in UAE. As the educator training by the master trainers are planned to roll out by the time this evaluation begins, the training rollout and trained principals and teachers are subject to this evaluation. For its linkage and complementarity nature with the other three pillars, the evaluation will review the other pillars to assess the Greening Capacities Pillar. The duration covered is from the inception of the Greening Capacities Pillar, including its designing phase, (October 2023) to the time when the training of principals and teachers is completed (anticipated to be September 2024). A part of theory of change will be evaluated against prospective results, particularly how the educators’ training contributes to the implementation of climate education.
