The purpose of this consultancy is to provide high-level technical expertise in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to support the Ministry of Youth’s partnership with UNICEF. The consultant will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of M&E systems that ensure strategic alignment, accountability, and measurable results across key national initiatives, including the National Youth Survey, National Youth Strategy, and the National Volunteerism Strategy.
