As the manager and specialist of administrative management services typically in a small to medium size country office, the incumbent is accountable for provision of managerial leadership and policy guidance for achievement of effective administrative service management and staff capacity development. Collaborate with Operations management efficient administrative operations in support of the Office and country programmes. Ensures the office’s administrative operations and services are effectively in compliance with the organization's administrative policy, procedures, rules and regulations.
You are accountable for leading and managing a team of People and Culture professionals in the complex operating environment and emergency context of Sudan. Your role is to provide strategic, effective, and risk-informed People and Culture support and services to enhance the capacity of the clients in delivering on business goals and objectives. In doing so, you demonstrate the ability to create an environment in which staff anticipate People and Culture-related needs and develop plans and solutions that align People and Culture management with business objectives. Additionally, this position serves as a key strategic advisor to the leadership of UNICEF Sudan, helping to spearhead UNICEF’s global People and Culture transformation.
