The primary objective of this consultancy is to support UNICEF Sudan in preparing the GPE-funded application for the STG, including conducting an assessment and preparing the proposal to secure the funding. Before submitting the application, an assessment of enabling factors is required to verify the basic elements of a functioning education system. Additionally, the consultant will review partner engagement and assist in aligning the policy shifts agreed upon in the Compact model, adapted to Sudan’s complex emergency context.
The Child Protection Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for the child protection programmes/projects through the application of theoretical and technical skills in researching, collecting, analyzing, and presenting technical programme information while learning organizational rules, regulations and procedures to support the development and formulation of the Child Protection Programme within the Country Programme.
