UNICEF Liberia is seeking to hire qualified individuals to strengthen immunization systems and services in Liberia through targeted technical support provided by eight (8) Immunization Consultants. These consultants will work closely with the Ministry of Health (MOH), and county health teams, UNICEF, WHO, and other implementing partners to address critical gaps in vaccine delivery, data management, equity, and coverage— for routine immunization and particularly for new and underutilized vaccines such as HPV, PCV3, and Malaria vaccine.
This initiative aligns with Gavi’s Partners’ Engagement Framework (PEF) and the demand-driven Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) model, which emphasizes country-led identification of needs and partner accountability. The consultants will support Liberia’s ongoing efforts to sustain progress toward zero-dose reduction, improve immunization coverage, and enhance the use of digital tools for improved service delivery. The consultancy will provide technical assistance to the Department of Education Research and Planning and Training (DERPT) in preparing the statistical analysis of the results from the Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) Survey for Myanmar.
The Supporter Engagement Strategy (SES) Fundraising Specialist (CRM Success) Consultant will ensure that UNICEF offices that have gone live in the region with Salesforce / Marketing Cloud are able to maximize their fundraising performance by supporting them with all aspects of fundraising operations represented in the system.
At the point of hand over from the implementation team, the SES Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for the following: further refining business processes for maximum efficiency, prioritizing bugs or enhancement requests, data hygiene and standardization, maintaining discipline to required coding standards and reporting mechanisms, identifying new opportunities to add to the CORE UNICEF system, and ensuring that each office maintains a clear plan for further development of the system.
Under the supervision of the Chief of Child Protection, the Consultant will provide high-quality technical assistance to the Government of Sri Lanka in advancing the above priorities. The consultant will work with the Ministry of Justice, Mediation Boards Commission, Attorney General’s Department, Sri Lanka Police and Department of Probation and Childcare Services as the key government agencies that deal with children who are in conflict with the law.
