The Chief Risk Management position at P5 level (risk management and quality assurance) supports the country office on monitoring, mitigating and managing risks and provides objective assurance and advisory to the country office senior management team designed to add value and improve the operations of UNICEF.
This consultancy contributes to output 3 of the Social Policy Section’s biannual workplan for 2024-27 (“National and subnational government officials have enhanced capacities to use a more evidence-based and child-friendly approach to ensuring adequate and equitable investments in children”).
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide time-bound, specialized technical expertise, to support UNICEF Mongolia in advancing key priorities related to education-sector digital transformation. The assignment will focus on strengthening the strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of digital education initiatives; providing technical inputs for the development and application of innovative and inclusive digital learning approaches and solutions; and generating evidence and knowledge to inform programme planning and decision-making.
