The purpose of this consultancy is to produce the 2027 edition of UNICEF's Secondary Education Guidance: Multiple and Flexible Pathways as a standalone, user-friendly reference for UNICEF country offices, anchored in the SSE pillar's programme offer and differentiated by country context. The product supersedes the 2020 guidance while carrying forward the elements of it that remain valid, and refers readers to the 2020 guidance, the 2025 evaluation and the Education Strategy for depth rather than reproducing them.
The primary audience is UNICEF staff, in particular education and adolescent development colleagues in country offices. The secondary audience is UNICEF's partnership base, including governments, multilateral and bilateral partners, foundations and the private sector, for whom a short partner-facing summary will be produced.
UNICEF Mongolia seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with qualified individual consultants to provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, written translation, and editing services between Mongolian and English (and vice versa) to the UNICEF Mongolia Country Office.
The LTA will be established for a two-year period, with services requested on an as-needed, call-down basis. It aims to ensure timely access to qualified language professionals, maintain the quality and consistency of language services, and streamline the engagement of consultants while reducing the need for repeated competitive selection processes for individual assignments.
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide close technical supervision, quality assurance, construction planning, progress monitoring, technical guidance and reporting for CRIBS rehabilitation works in Enugu State. The consultant will support timely and quality implementation while final approval, certification, contract management and payment authorization remain with UNICEF staff members.
This assignment aims to undertake a comprehensive situation analysis and assess existing and emerging climate finance policies, frameworks, and funding landscapes to inform the development of a child-sensitive climate finance strategy for UNICEF. The consultancy will identify and analyse climate financing opportunities, assess their relevance and feasibility, and recommend appropriate financing mechanisms and partnerships to mobilize resources and support the effective implementation of the strategy.
