- Le gouvernement du Benin vient de lancer en partenariat avec UNICEF /Child Nutrition Funds (CNF) et d’autres partenaires un programme intégré de 1000 premiers jours de l’enfant d’envergure nationale basé sur la supplémentation en micronutriments des enfants de 6 mois à 23 mois et des femmes enceintes/ allaitantes. Ce programme a une grande ambition de protéger et promouvoir des régimes alimentaires, des services et des pratiques qui favorisent une nutrition, une croissance et un développement optimaux chez les jeunes enfants et les femmes enceintes et allaitantes. Ce programme a pour objectif de fournir de manière holistique les interventions à haut impact dont la supplémentation avec les SQ-LNS à au moins 75% des enfants de 6 à 23 mois dans les communes à très haut risque, à 75% des femmes enceintes et allaitantes, des capsules de vitamine A à plus de 80% d’enfants de 6 mois à 59 mois, le déparasitage et la prise en charge par l’approche communautaire au moins 75% d’enfants affectés par la malnutrition aiguë sévère et la malnutrition aiguë modéré.
The International Consultant will define analytical requirements, drafting structure and timelines, while the National Consultant will provide contextual inputs and facilitate national coordination. Regular coordination meetings will be held to review progress, address technical issues and ensure alignment of outputs. The International Consultant will maintain version control and ensure editorial coherence of draft documents, while the National Consultant will support consolidation of stakeholder inputs and institutional feedback. The International Consultant bears ultimate responsibility for the final technical quality and submission of the Strategy and Implementation Plan.
Under the overall supervision of UNICEF and in close coordination with the International Consultant on the
Development of the Adaptive Social Protection Strategy in Uzbekistan, the National Consultant will develop of the National ASP Strategy and its Implementation Plan in Uzbekistan. The assignment will cover the undertaking of a desk review, including the findings of the Climate Vulnerability Needs Assessment; the development of the draft ASP Strategy and its implementation plan; and the presentation and submission of the draft Strategy.
