The minimum qualification required is a master’s degree in engineering (electrical/electronic) or related field to energy efficiency, renewable energy with at least 2 years relevant experiences in the field of solar energy and with experience in managing or supervising at least five projects of mini solar energy system installations (at least 5kwp).

UNICEF Pacific seeks to contract three evaluators/consultants with appropriate skills, expertise and capacities, to work as a team to conduct a formative evaluation of UNICEF VII pooled procurement mechanism in Pacific region countries. The evaluation will assess whether the VII pooled procurement mechanism is achieving the intended cohesiveness, efficiencies, and complementarities within UNICEF Pacific Island countries and territories (PICTs), and whether all efforts are positioned to advance the goal for every child to survive and thrive, with access to nutritious diets, quality health care, nurturing practices and essential supplies.
