It is fully aligned with Senegal’s Vision 2050, which emphasizes inclusive growth, human capital development, and gender equity through education, and with the UNICEF Country Programme Document (2024–2028), which prioritizes equity in access to quality learning, the empowerment of girls, and stronger, more inclusive education systems.
