The primary objective of this consultancy is to enhance UNICEF Mozambique’s operational efficiency and control environment.
The consultancy seeks to enhance UNICEF Mozambique’s operational efficiency, digitalization and control environment by designing and implementing end-to-end automation for selected priority workflows.
Establish a coherent approach to support Cameroon in the process of monitoring the financial flows of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector to inform decisions, strengthen national systems for the collection and analysis of WASH financial data, and finally institutionalize the WASH accounts process. The National WASH Accounts Consultant will support processes, coordinating and contributing to key results/outputs, and will be a key member of the WASH Accounts team.
The objective is to develop comprehensive operational guidelines, integrate advanced technologies —such as computers, display screens, communication equipment, and digital systems for real-time data management, surveillance, and coordination— advise on facility design and planning, and facilitate the training of relevant staff and stakeholders, with a particular consideration and emphasis on public health emergencies based on global practices.
