This consultancy shall be engaged to provide the technical assistance needed for: (1) Conduct of the study and review of the PCB ECCD, and (2) Ensure use of the study and evidence to support development of policy and accountability framework, results and monitoring framework, and action plan/roadmap for the strengthening PCB, most particularly focused on ECD.
