UNICEF Office for Croatia is looking for a Consultant/Lead Expert to join our team and provide technical support in all stages of the project “Strengthening the Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation Framework of the National Action Plan to implement the EU Council's recommendations on establishing the European Child Guarantee (NAP CG)”, as the Croatian national component of the multi-country project supported by and in partnership with the European Commission - SG Reform, Technical Support Instrument (TSI). Under the overall coordination, management and technical guidance of UNICEF staff, the consultant is expected to provide expert advice and inputs, and coordination support services to achieve more effective planning, coordination, and monitoring of the implementation of all measures and activities planned by the national action plan for the implementation of the European Child Guarantee (NAP CG). So, if you are a self-driven professional, experienced in planning, implementation, monitoring and/or evaluation of social protection / education / public health policies and programs who understands child rights and the situation of children in Croatia, and possess a good knowledge of EU funding mechanisms and regulations as well as the Government’s budget processes, we invite you to apply for this job opportunity.
