The aim of this assignment is to provide technical support to selected provincial and local authorities (mainly Eastern and Northern Provincial Councils and other local authorities as applicable) to improve public participation in local planning and budgeting processes through the development of key tools that support monitoring from a child-rights perspective, such as Citizens Budgets.
The Education Specialist is required to support the overall coordination and management of the EU Programme and SPEEP Programme. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with the European Union, implementing partners, and other key stakeholders. They will provide leadership in developing detailed workplans and budgets, overseeing programme implementation, ensuring effective coordination of partners and activities, and facilitating regular management and coordination meetings.
The Fundraising Associate (Digital Acquisition and Paid Media) will be responsible for implementing and optimizing UNICEF’s digital fundraising strategy in Chile. Under the supervision and guidance of the Acquisition Officer, the incumbent will support the execution, and monitoring of digital acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with UNICEF’s global fundraising objectives. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing paid media investments, and fostering engagement with potential donors through innovative digital approaches. By enhancing UNICEF’s online fundraising capabilities, this position will contribute to long-term financial sustainability and increased impact for children in need.
