The evaluation will assess whether the VII pooled procurement mechanism is achieving the intended cohesiveness, efficiencies, and complementarities within UNICEF Pacific Island countries and territories (PICTs), and whether all efforts are positioned to advance the goal for every child to survive and thrive, with access to nutritious diets, quality health care, nurturing practices and essential supplies. The consultancy is for 140 working days divided between the three consultants, spread over a 5-month period. Contracts will be issued on an individual basis.
