The incumbent will guide programme teams in identifying, assessing, and integrating ICT and digital innovations into UNICEF programming to enhance service delivery, systems strengthening, and real-time monitoring. The role involves building internal capacity, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the scalability and sustainability of technology-driven solutions. Working closely with programme and operations teams, the Regional Office, and the global ICT Division, the T4D Manager will provide technical guidance, oversee national staff and consultants, and ensure effective implementation of T4D initiatives that strengthen programme results for children in Pakistan.
