The retreat will provide an opportunity to strengthen staff wellbeing, trust, collaboration and collective accountability, while building a shared understanding of organizational priorities and identifying practical actions to enhance team effectiveness and programme delivery.

The purpose of the consultancy is to support UNICEF in designing and facilitating a participatory process that will result in:
• A concise, realistic, measurable, and prioritized Pulse Survey action plan;
• Clear implementation arrangements and timeline for each agreed action;
• Defined roles and accountabilities across People and Culture, Management, the Staff Association, staff representatives, and other action owners;
• A practical monitoring and reporting framework;
• An initial implementation roadmap that enables agreed actions to move from planning to execution.
The consultancy will help ensure that staff feedback is appropriately analysed, discussed, prioritized, and translated into actions with clearly identified results, responsibilities, timelines, resources, indicators, and follow-up mechanisms.
