The recruitment of MHPSS consultants aims to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of evidence-based interventions that promote mental well-being and resilience among children and families. Consultants will contribute to UNICEF’s efforts to enhance coordination with government and civil society partners, ensuring that MHPSS services are inclusive, culturally appropriate, and accessible to those most in need.
UNICEF Pacific is seeking an experienced and proactive National Consultant to provide technical assistance to design high-quality, visually appealing country infographic profiles that summarize the immunization supply chain status in the PICs, based on EVMA findings. These profiles will serve as advocacy and reference tools for governments, partners, and donors.
To develop a concise, high-impact policy brief for UNICEF, governments, and partners that:
• Summarizes a compelling rationale for prioritizing specific vulnerable populations for VAS delivery;
• Presents a framework for how to identify and target prioritized groups using available data (e.g., maternal characteristics, geographic disparities, zero-dose status, etc.);
• Offers actionable policy and programming recommendations for ministries of health and implementing partners based on established ways to target prioritized children;
• Is aligned with UNICEF’s equity-driven approach and broader efforts to reach zero-dose and underserved populations.
