The purpose of this assignment is to provide Tajikistan with targeted technical guidance, operational support, and capacity building to enable the practical introduction, as well as the long-term sustainability, of the Traceability and Verification System (TRVST). The consultant will work closely with national counterparts, notably the Republican Center of Immunoprophylaxis (RCIP), to ensure that the TRVST is implemented in a way that aligns with both global standards and country-specific requirements.
UNICEF Office of Emergency Programmes (EMOPS) is looking for a qualified home-based Consultant to document the work and achievements of the Global Child Protection Area of Responsibility (CP AoR) since its establishment in 2016, with a brief introduction to its predecessor, the Child Protection Working Group (CPWG).
The primary goal is to recruit a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for multidisciplinary workforce to strengthen International Health Regulations (IHR) implementation. This assessment will identify specific capacity gaps to strengthen the implementation of IHR core capacities. The findings will be directly incorporated into training curricula to ensure that all public health levels have the necessary skills to prevent, detect, assess, notify, and respond to health emergencies. The TNA will also identify new curriculum development needs.

1) Disability-Inclusive Youth Work Manual.

3) Supporting materials for trainees/practitioners (e.g., handouts; Power Points for each Lesson Plan).
