The Senior Legal Associate in Brussels will support the global UNICEF Legal team on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, partnerships, disputes, and institutional issues, while managing legal documentation and client cases. Reporting to the Senior Legal Affairs Specialist in Brussels, the role involves close collaboration with team members across offices under the overall direction of the Chief Legal Counsel in New York.
The International MICS Consultant (IMC) will support and provide guidance to
UNICEF Uganda and Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) for the design, implementation and completion of the Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys (MICS) survey in Uganda.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing predictable, timely, and strategic leadership and representation for the Cluster to ensure a timely and effective Cluster response.
Additionally, he/she will be responsible for leading multiple stakeholders, beyond their immediate team of direct reports, to work collectively towards the realization of a shared goal based on evidence in a complex humanitarian environment.
To support the study, UNICEF’s Bangladesh Country Office will hire a local data collection agency for participant identification, interviews, data collection and translation based on the protocols shared by the researcher. Researcher is expected to have regular coordination calls with the data collection agency to ensure smooth process.
