The Consultant will work under supervision of UNICEF Armenia CRM/E Specialist in close coordination with the Information Resources Management and Technologies Department of ArmStat and closely with the MICS National Consultant, MICS Sampling Expert, MICS Data Processing Consultant, and MICS GIS Expert.
Under the overall guidance of the UNICEF Armenia Child Rights Monitoring and Evaluation (CRM/E) Specialist, and in close support to the National MICS Coordinator at ArmStat and the Survey Coordination Consultant, the Survey Administration and Fieldwork Support Consultant (MICS) will provide administrative, logistical, documentation, and field support across all phases of MICS Armenia 2026.
To provide technical support to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in developing a scientifically grounded, gender-responsive, and coherent framework for implementing career guidance in general secondary education through: 1) Conducting a comprehensive desk research on international best practice in school-based career guidance, systems with attention to elimination of gender-based stereotypes in career exploration and providing recommendations for Ukraine. 2) Reviewing and aligning Ukraine’s current legislative and regulatory documents with these practices, ensuring coherence with global standards.
