UNICEF Europe and Central Asia Regional Office (ECARO) is looking for a qualified Early Childhood Education Consultant to develop an as is analysis of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) system in Lower Saxony and a report on good practices from European countries' systems.
The purpose of this assignment is to provide support to UNICEF Serbia in strengthening its advocacy and policy efforts focused on inclusive education and child rights, particularly in the areas of non-discrimination, violence prevention psychosocial support, and social inclusion, ensuring that these fundamental rights are integrated into all initiatives. Additionally, the purpose is to contribute to the development of initiatives, reports, position papers and policy documents that align with UNICEF’s strategic priorities, as well as to support further development of the locally based support services for children, families and education institutions. The contractor will play a role in gathering and analysing data related to children's rights, monitoring national and international policies and laws, and informing the development of different work products (adhering to the latest legal standards and UNICEF guidelines) to address key challenges in child protection and inclusion.
ECW is seeking experienced consultants to enhance and streamline ECW's grant management processes. The consultants will ensure efficient systems and clear guidelines for reporting submissions, grant extension and budget revision requests, data and file management, and institutional knowledge management. This will help ECW better support its grantees, manage increasing grants, and achieve high operational efficiency.
Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) aims to create a roster of experienced consultants who can support EOF with the design and implementation of its programmes, with a depth of expertise in areas such as basic education, early childhood care and education and skills for employment.
Under the guidance and general supervision of the ADAP officer, the ADAP/E-Learning consultants will work in developing the current ADAP content to include additional skills such as digital learning and green world to meet with new needed skills for adolescents and to support in digitalizing the whole ADAP package to be used in the Digital Learning as well. The consultant will support the ADAP officer and the digital learning specialist in building capacity of the implementing partners and the local facilitators in addition to designing an ADAP implementation schedule. Moreover, the consultant will have to travel and visit adolescents’ activities implemented in safe states such as Red Sea, Kassala, Gadaref, Northern State, and River Nile.
