UNICEF Jakarta is looking for a Programme Officer (HACT) who will support the supervisor (HACT focal point) and colleagues in the office by providing professional and systematic Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfer (HACT) quality assurance for all activities implemented under the UNICEF Indonesia Country Programme, in order to provide an independent, objective and effective assessment of the rationale, adequacy, and effectiveness of the Country office’s risk management and HACT internal control framework, processes, and systems. The Programme Officer (HACT) will carry out due diligence reviews, and spot checks to promote efficiency, reduce risks of asset loss, and help ensure the reliability of financial statements, applying theoretical skills and thorough knowledge of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and UNICEF HACT Policy and Procedure.
The Nutrition and Early Childhood Development Specialist (NO-C) position is situated within the Country Office (CO) in Kiev, Ukraine. Reporting to the ECD specialist (P3), this role is crucial for advancing UNICEF’s strategic objectives in planning, implementing and monitoring integrated nutrition and ECD programmes within Health while ensuring cross-sectoral linkages with other sectors in UNICEF and with partners in Ukraine.
The purpose of setting up the Long-Term Arrangement is to facilitate and expedite the process by which UNICEF in Uzbekistan will hire the services of individual translators to undertake written translations (Uzbek-English, Russian-English and vice-versa), simultaneous translation for events, and live translation for field visits.
