The UNICEF Eastern and Southern Africa Regional Office (ESARO) is looking to recruit a Consultant to support the team on the increasing needs related to data analysis and visualisation. The deliverables will facilitate the use of monitoring data by programme teams and management.
UNICEF ECARO is looking for a qualified Bebbo Scale-up and Content Management Consultant to support Bebbo's continued growth and ensure consistent content quality across implementations.
UNICEF Pacific is in search of a consultant to develop a Pacific Regional Home and School Transitions Framework that will support countries to enhance family-learner-school partnerships and engage all stakeholders in supporting learning at all levels. The consultant will be supervised by the Chief of Education of the UNICEF Pacific Multi-country Office and will receive guidance from different technical and Pacific country specialists, as well as a regional reference group. The bulk of the consultancy is expected to be remote/home-based. Travel to Fiji, the Solomon Islands, and Samoa is indicated for face-to-face consultation in different contexts, and to Fiji for the PHES presentation and regional workshop.
The incumbent will use his/her technical knowledge and specialized experience to drive the implementation of tools and structured approaches to analyse and solve national supply chain problems within governments' Health Systems Strengthening agendas and relevant to UNICEF programmes, specialized UN agencies, governments, institutions, and non-governmental organizations in nutrition, health in general, WASH and Education. The incumbent will be instrumental in Implementation Capacity within the Supply Chain, Strengthening Centre (SCSC) and within UNICEF’s Health System Strengthening Approach; UN reform and defining UNICEF’s comparative advantages in the donor and development partner landscape; and visioning the way forward which guides partners’ and UNICEF’s Work.
