The UNICEF Libya Country Office is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation and Social Policy Specialist to lead the combined PME and Social Policy Section. Under the supervision of the Deputy Representative – Programmes, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the Country Office maintains a high-quality, results-based sector programme and an up-to-date country programme aligned with the Country Programme Document and UNICEF’s Strategic Plan.
EOF requires expert advice from consultants on evaluation for its outcomes funds.
We plan to create a Roster for Consultants with Expertise in Evaluation from this advert who we can source consultants with expertise from 2025-2028.
Provide technical support to EOF for the delivery of EOF’s Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Outcomes Fund in South Africa. The Programme Consultant - South Africa will support EOF's team with engagements with implementing partners, providing support to solve implementation challenges and ensure smooth technical and operational delivery. The consultant will also provide support and guidance on the programs’ policy alignment and integration of learning into broader systemic change.
The consultant will support EOF’s team in relation to its ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) outcomes fund in South Africa, which is expected to launch in November 2025 and continue implementing until December 2028.
