This will involve proper planning, forecasting, tracking, and monitoring of the supply component on a frequent basis, ensuring real-time availability of supply information at the national, state, local, and health facility levels.
Additionally, the nutrition officer will support field teams in ensuring proper planning, distribution, and utilization of nutrition commodities, establishing a robust system for tracking, reporting any misuse or diversion of supplies, and ensuring the availability of adequate buffer and contingency supplies at all levels.
