The People and Culture Officer reports to the People and Culture Specialist for close guidance, training and supervision. The Officer provides support to the supervisor and colleagues in the unit by executing HR services through applying knowledge of theoretical HR models, as well as understanding of organizational HR policies and procedures.
This position is responsible for the normative support that Supply Division provides globally on construction. Its purpose is to provide direction and guidance on planning, procurement, partnership and execution of construction projects. This post contributes to setting up the normative structure on construction, including processes, procedures and practises at CO and provide support on construction globally through establishing standards and training and guidance, focusing on sustainability, localization, emergency preparedness and response, and climate action and resilience. This includes wholistic considerations for expanded solar, digital and connectivity agendas supporting learning and health programmes for children and their communities.
