The Supporter Engagement Strategy (SES) Fundraising Specialist (CRM Success) Consultant will ensure that UNICEF offices that have gone live in the region with Salesforce / Marketing Cloud are able to maximize their fundraising performance by supporting them with all aspects of fundraising operations represented in the system.
At the point of hand over from the implementation team, the SES Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for the following: further refining business processes for maximum efficiency, prioritizing bugs or enhancement requests, data hygiene and standardization, maintaining discipline to required coding standards and reporting mechanisms, identifying new opportunities to add to the CORE UNICEF system, and ensuring that each office maintains a clear plan for further development of the system.

Under the overall general guidance of the Chief of Communication, Advocacy and Partnerships this role is responsible for one or all of writing, editing, proofreading and quality assurance of human-interest stories, copy for photo essays, advocacy briefs, key messages, newsletters, media briefs, press releases, website resource hubs, blogs and social media content in English.
The professional writer and editor is required to provide high-quality editing, proofreading, and writing services for various UNICEF publications and documents, under tight deadlines, as well as quality assurance to ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to UNICEF’s style guidelines.
The Consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Communication Specialist at UNICEF South Africa.
The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a Cambodian national consultant to conduct a mapping of the private sector in Cambodia to:
• Identify corporates, CSR initiatives, foundations, Chambers of Commerce and HNWIs with potential alignment to UNICEF’s mission.
• Identify charity organizations that are actively fundraising through corporate partnerships and individual donations. Assess the philanthropic landscape, including giving trends, motivations, and mechanisms.
• Provide strategic recommendations for UNICEF Cambodia to engage with these actors effectively.
• Identify relevant digital payment tools and payment options in Cambodia.
