UNICEF Eswatini is looking for a consultant to support the Government of Eswatini in identifying environmental health policy priorities, through strengthened evidence generation and partner coordination
UNICEF Eswatini Country Office is looking for a consultant that will support Eswatini to respond to the need for an integrated child-sensitive disaster risk information system and platform for governmental institutions at national and subnational levels.
Under the supervision of Child Rights Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, and in close collaboration with OHCHR, the consultant will support the development of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), for the effective operationalization of the National Recommendations Tracking Database (NRTD) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The SOPs will provide detailed operational guidance to institutions involved in the use of the NRTD, translating the platform’s technical functionalities into structured, day-to-day workflows.
Digital engagement is essential to UNICEF's response to the evolving landscape of communication, fundraising, and advocacy. In Belarus, UNICEF maintains a presence across most social media platforms. Recognizing that youth and children are among its primary target audiences, the office launched a TikTok account in 2021 to rally young people's support and participation while reaching new, younger audience. This initiative aims to inspire them to advocate for positive behaviors and practices. The office seeks a specialist who can assist in tailoring content for various social media channels while incorporating a youth-oriented perspective. Consultative support will be required during the final stages of content creation to ensure compliance with UNICEF's policies.
