UNICEF is looking for an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist who will develop and operationalize a robust MEL system that supports evidence-based decision-making, accountability to stakeholders, and adaptive management of the program. The Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the MEL framework is aligned with the program’s priorities and design and UNICEF’s goals. The role will focus on tracking progress, supporting the evaluation the programs impact, and facilitating learning across sectors to inform decision-making and programming for each annual programmatic cycle.
The objective of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Health in strengthening integrated maternal, newborn, and child health services with a focus on Early Childhood Development (ECD). The consultancy will advance evidence-based interventions for nurturing care, early detection of developmental difficulties, and responsive parenting. It will contribute to UNICEF Kosovo’s 2025 Annual Work Plan by integrating ECD guidelines into primary healthcare, building the capacity of frontline workers, and scaling up innovative, family-centered service models to improve health and development outcomes for all children, especially the most vulnerable.

The Information Management Officer is a core Cluster/Sector Coordination team member. The purpose of this position is to implement, manage and provide technical capacity support and information management systems for the Nutrition Cluster in Sudan. This include managing the collection, analysis, storage and sharing of important information with nutrition cluster participants and stakeholder to make informed (evidence-based) strategic decisions. This will be done through the synthesis of nutrition information and preparation of reports, creation/updating of national and subnational level dashboards, early warning and early action analysis at various levels, preparing updates for regular and strategic sector meetings at national and sub national levels.
The national consultant will support the National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) in facilitating the reintegration of children and young people from residential care into family-based and community-based care settings. The consultant will guide and supervise staff of the residential care institutions, child protection sectors, community social workers and Inson center supervisors in needs assessment, reintegration plans development, coordinated transitions and monitoring.
This is a Junior Professional Officer position open to Finnish nationals only. The JPO will provide support across the different sectors to ensure the technical excellence and quality of programmatic work on inclusion of children with disabilities in the South Asia region to advance the DIPAS cross-sectoral strategic priorities. The JPO will also support the knowledge interchange on best practices in disability inclusive programming across the region. Overall, the funding of this position will provide much-needed support for the organization's strengthened commitment to leaving no child behind.
