The Supporter Engagement Strategy (SES) Fundraising Specialist (CRM Success) Consultant will ensure that UNICEF offices that have gone live in the region with Salesforce / Marketing Cloud are able to maximize their fundraising performance by supporting them with all aspects of fundraising operations represented in the system.
At the point of hand over from the implementation team, the SES Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for the following: further refining business processes for maximum efficiency, prioritizing bugs or enhancement requests, data hygiene and standardization, maintaining discipline to required coding standards and reporting mechanisms, identifying new opportunities to add to the CORE UNICEF system, and ensuring that each office maintains a clear plan for further development of the system.
The Administrative Associate, based in Wadi Madani, Sudan, is accountable for both specialized and procedural communications, operational and administrative support services of center area team.
Under the supervision and guidance of the supervisor, the Administrative Associate is responsible for executing a broad variety of procedural and specialized administrative tasks for the respective section requiring in-depth knowledge of UNICEF administrative procedures, processes and policies.
The Operations function is a strategic Business Partner role, assuring the best use of UNICEF assets in alignment with sound management practices, office priorities and goals to deliver results for children.
As a Strategic Business Partner, the incumbent will be accountable for operations functions, facilitate change, provide risk informed, solution-focused analysis, advice and services and contribute to programme and management decisions for delivering results for children in specific operational contexts.
UNICEF introduced a multi-country approach to resource mobilization called PSFR Clusters. In Europe and Central Asia, the Cluster includes Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malta, and Uzbekistan.
Greece has a healthy ecosystem of private sector partners large and small, a well-developed landscape of foundations and high net worth families who have long played an important role in financially supporting social causes, and an established culture of giving to humanitarian appeals at the household and individual level. Moreover, there exists a diaspora of some seven million Greek nationals globally, primarily in the UK, Australia and North America, who maintain strong connection with their home country.
