In 2024 and early 2025, a Climate Landscape Analysis for Children (CLAC) was conducted in Belarus by a team of national and international experts, with the support of UNICEF in Belarus. The analysis examined the baseline situation of climate and environment-related issues affecting children in the country. The report was prepared in both Russian and English. Purpose of Activity/ Assignment: To review and finalize the CLAC report, incorporating feedback from UNICEF ECARO and UNICEF Belarus Country Office, and to develop a Policy Brief and Action Plan for adolescent engagement in climate change adaptation and mitigation, aligned with the CPD 2026–2030.
Under the supervision of the HIV Officer in the Health and Nutrition section, the National Individual Consultant will develop high-quality standardised package of training materials and job aids for the Young Mentor Mothers (YMM) programme. The package will include standard operating procedures, training material, job aids, data collection tools and referral tools to other services.

The Child Protection Manager will also be responsible for managing the child protection portfolio in Cabo Delgado which includes complex grants and integrated programming.
