The primary assignment of the national consultant is to provide expert support to the Ministry of Education and Science (MoES) in undertaking a comprehensive system reform focused on the Curriculum Structure and the National Curriculum Framework, as outlined below. The consultant is expected to work remotely (70 days) with in-country mission to Fiji (25 days) over 7-month contract period. The Child Protection Officer (Child Online Protection and Digital Rights) will provide technical
and operational assistance for the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluating and
reporting for the child online protection and digital rights programme.
UNICEF Thailand Country Office (TCO) is seeking to engage an individual consultant with strong expertise in knowledge management and documentation to support the capture of key discussions, insights, and reflections from the four regional forums. The “Children & Youth Forums: Driving Climate Change and Environmental Action at the Local Level” forums will be held across Thailand’s North, Northeast, South, and Central regions. The consultant will be responsible for collecting and organizing inputs from participating children and young people and producing four regional reports and one consolidated national report.
This consultancy will support MoH in updating community case definitions, developing a structured case notification protocol, and strengthening reporting from communities to health facilities. It will also lead capacity-building for healthcare workers in Mukono, Wakiso, and Kampala while collaborating with MoH and leveraging Living Goods to integrate Community-Based Surveillance (CBS) indicators into eCHIS.
