A partnership engagement framework and education coalition action plan;
A resource mobilization strategy;
Communication materials to support education advocacy;

Monthly progress reports and a final comprehensive report with recommendations.
This is a national consultancy, office-based in Belize, with an expected duration of 11 months (July 2025 to June 2026).
