The roster will play a central role in supporting the CoE’s Global Policy Team during its inception phase by providing specialized technical support to UNICEF Country Offices and government counterparts in developing project-based funding requests and related technical assistance submissions under the Fund for responding to Loss and Damage (FRLD), established under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Paris Agreement, and in full compliance with the Barbados Implementation Modalities (BIM). The consultant will ensure that all proposed activities are pre-defined, pre-assessed, and implementation-ready, meeting BIM requirements and donor standards. |
