| The purpose of the post is to strengthen resilience of girls and children with disabilities including other vulnerable children through provision of access to equitable education. The Gender and Inclusion Specialist will lead activities in the MYRP to empower women and other stakeholders for promoting girls’ education and provide appropriate learning environments and opportunities children with disabilities.
Specific objectives:
Strengthen the capacities of grantees and sub-grantees including the National Ministry of Education to implement gender inclusive practices to enable girls, children with disabilities and other vulnerable children have access to education support in Central African Republic.
Improve the Central African Republic national policies and institutional capacities to implement, coordinate and monitor gender and inclusive education in the education interventions in the country.
