It envisions a rights-based, inclusive, and culturally relevant education system that ensures “no child is left behind” and promotes the aspiration of “one professional per Bangsamoro family,” positioning education as a key driver of peace, moral governance, and socio-economic development. Developed through a participatory, evidence-based process with strong support from partners such as UNICEF and UNESCO, BERDP 2035 outlines systemic reforms in access, quality, governance, and data-driven decision making, aiming to create an equitable, resilient, and learner-centered education sector that responds to the unique needs and identity of the Bangsamoro people.
