The purpose of this consultancy is to provide time-bound, output-based programme administration and operational support to EU4People, ensuring that programme-side documentation and follow-up required for partnerships, Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers.(HACT) processes, invoices and payments, procurement and contracting, events, missions and programme records are complete, organized and submitted in a timely manner through established UNICEF workflows.
