| UNICEF Liberia is seeking to hire qualified individuals to strengthen immunization systems and services in Liberia through targeted technical support provided by eight (8) Immunization Consultants. These consultants will work closely with the Ministry of Health (MOH), and county health teams, UNICEF, WHO, and other implementing partners to address critical gaps in vaccine delivery, data management, equity, and coverage— for routine immunization and particularly for new and underutilized vaccines such as HPV, PCV3, and Malaria vaccine.
This initiative aligns with Gavi’s Partners’ Engagement Framework (PEF) and the demand-driven Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) model, which emphasizes country-led identification of needs and partner accountability. The consultants will support Liberia’s ongoing efforts to sustain progress toward zero-dose reduction, improve immunization coverage, and enhance the use of digital tools for improved service delivery.
