| The purpose of this position is to support the HCT team in developing the technical documentation required throughout the enhancements and maintenance of UNICEF Humanitarian cash Operations and Programme Ecosystem (HOPE) and to liaise with relevant stakeholders, internal and external. The technical documentation function entails the drafting of functional and business requirements, user stories and visualization of business and process flow to support the architectural and functional enhancements of HOPE. This function plays a critical role in ensuring adequate quality assurance and user acceptance tests are performed prior to clear the deployment to production of new features and bug fixes. |
