Under the direct supervision of the UNICEF Education Specialist and in close collaboration with the MoES Component 2 Expert Groups, affiliated institutions (Academy of Education, Institute for Education Development, Republican Centre for Educational Methodology, National Testing Centre), international consultants, and UNICEF technical staff, the National Coordinator will lead day-to-day coordination of all three subcomponents under Component 2.
