| Afin d'assurer une meilleure protection des données des bénéficiaires, une efficacité opérationnelle accrue et une transparence renforcée, un processus de développement d'un Système d'Information et la Gestion (SIG) garantissant une gestion numérique, efficace et sécurisée des données des bénéficiaires est en cours. Un cabinet a été recruté pour le développement de ce SIG transfert monétaire et la consultation des parties prenantes est en cours de finalisation. En attendant le déploiement du SIG définitif, un SIG transitoire allégé a été mis en place pour soutenir le programme Cash Plus Care Faaba. Le consultant accompagnera le MASM dans ses initiatives de numérisation sur le cadre du programme Cash Plus Care, notamment en assurant la bonne gestion des données des bénéficiaires pour faciliter les paiements des bénéficiaires, le déploiement du SIG transitoire et apporter un soutien technique au MASM afin de garantir que le SIG transfert monétaire qui sera élaboré réponde aux besoins et aux critères du ministère et de toute autorité compétente. |
