Pour aider à l'établissement d'outils de suivi et d'évaluation qui renforcent le partenariat entre l'UNCT, le gouvernement et d'autres acteurs clés pour suivre collectivement les progrès réalisés sur les OMD et d'autres engagements internationaux pour les enfants. Pour aider au développement des capacités nationales en matière de suivi, d'évaluation et de recherche, en accordant une attention particulière à l'intérêt, aux préoccupations et à la participation des gouvernements, des communautés et de la société civile. |
